Conditions of stay

• Arrival is scheduled between 15:00 and 16:00. In case of delay, prior notification is required.
• Departure must be made before 11:00 a.m.
• The cottage must be returned in good condition and clean. An end-of-stay cleaning is included, however, a supplement of €80.oo per room will be applied in case of excessive dirt.
• Any damage or deterioration of property will be deducted from the deposit. If the amount of damage exceeds the deposit, an additional recovery may be incurred.

• The maximum occupancy of the cottage is limited to 15 people.
• The cottage is strictly non-smoking inside. Outdoor spaces equipped with ashtrays are available.
• Pets accepted under conditions:
  • Access to the rooms is prohibited.
  • Animals must not climb on the furniture.
  • Pets are not allowed in the pool for health and safety reasons.
  • Owners are required to clean their animal waste, both inside and outside.
  • Any damage caused by an animal will be entirely borne by its owner.

• The daily maintenance of the cottage is the responsibility of the occupants.
• Furniture and equipment, both indoors and outdoors, must be used with care and with respect for the premises.
• Any malfunction or breakage must be reported immediately.
• The host declines all responsibility in case of loss, theft or accident occurring in the cottage or on the property.

• L’accès à la piscine, au jardin et aux terrasses est soumis à des règles de sécurité spécifiques, notamment la surveillance obligatoire des enfants.
• L’utilisation du barbecue, du four à pizza, du mobilier extérieur et de la piscine doit se faire avec prudence et dans le respect des consignes de sécurité.
• Une attitude éco-responsable est encouragée en limitant la consommation d’eau et d’électricité (éteindre les lumières inutiles, fermer les fenêtres en cas d’utilisation du chauffage).

• Close doors and windows in case of absence or bad weather to avoid any intrusion or deterioration.
• Prohibition of the use of candles, incense and gas appliances not provided for fire safety reasons.
• Preserve the environment: do not deteriorate green spaces, pick flowers or walk on plantations.
• Maintain the cleanliness of gardens, terraces and outdoor spaces, and use the bins provided for this purpose.
• Any damage to the facilities, furniture or outdoor spaces will be charged to the occupants and deducted from the deposit.

Failure to comply with the regulations may result in a deduction from the deposit and, in the event of serious misconduct, an immediate eviction without reimbursement of the stay.
